We facilitate connections but are not a dating site. Our revenue comes from fees for inmate profile listings, featured profile upgrades, additional profile exposure options, and the sale of credits to civilians for sending letters, photos, and products to inmates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PenPalService.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

3. Age Restriction

11. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

Arbitration: You agree that any disputes or claims relating in any way to your use of PenPalService.com, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Inmate Photos, LLC, will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Arbitration Location: The arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
